Our service exclusively allows people to enjoy the very best accommodation during their visit to Nice by allowing them to stay in our own private apartment which has been specified to the very highests standards for the enjoyment of ourselves, our children and our guests.

Yes, you can stay for as long or short at you like. However there is a minimum charge for any stay which varies depending on the time of year. We also offer large discounts for long stays of two weeks or more. Just contact us to confirm availability, prices, and how to book.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Our price includes absolutely everything. Including one of our English speaking representatives meeting you on arrival to show you round and answer all you questions, all utilities, cleaning the apartment before and after your stay. Your bed being freshly made up with fine linen and being provided with large Egyptian cotton towels. Wifi Internet, Cots, Highchairs, Satelite TV, etc.. All included.. You will also have our local representatives and our personal contact mobile numbers to use during your stay to deal with any difficulties which may arise.THERE ARE NO LOCALLY PAYABLE FEES, TAXES or CHARGES, once you have booked that's it, no more costs.
HOW DO I BOOK?
You can book on-line at any time as availability and prices are up to date and autmatically add any special offers available. if have difficulties you can contact us by e-mail or phone and we will help you process your booking. The price you are quoted is the price you pay only plus a damage deposit of 200 GBP which is fully refunded after your stay. Unlike other holiday rental companies there is no funny business with locally payable fees or charges, once you have booked that's it, no more costs.

We accept online payment through all major credit and debit cards from most countries.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT?
Once we have received your booking, you will receive detailed information about what to do when you arrive and how to contact us during your stay. You will be met at the apartment on arrival and personally shown round so you will be able to ask any questions about the apartment or nearby amenities.
CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?
Yes, If you pay by credit card you will pay the ammount in GPB but it will be automatically converted to your own currency by your bank. You can also pay directly in either GBP or Euros by bank transfer,
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Any moneys paid on booking the apartment are not refundable apart from damage deposit which is refunded after your stay.If you wish to claim for any lost monies through your insurance company due to events outside your control then we will assist you where we can.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS?
For the benefit of all our guests we are afraid pets are not permited in the apartment.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS?
For the benefit of all our guests smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

The apartment is on the 1st floor above street level ( This is 2nd Floor on the US system) there is a lift/elevator from street level to the apartment level.
Yes our apartment has an advanced central air-conditioning and heating system including main living area and individual bedroom controls for perfect temperature for everyones own preference.
